Which review tag should you buy? A short answer for six situations

Which review tag should you buy? A short answer for six situations

Every tag here does the same thing: a customer holds their phone near it and your review page opens. What changes is where it can live and who reaches for it. Pick by the spot, not the spec.

You have a counter and a card reader

A Tap Card in a small stand, beside the terminal. This is the highest-yield placement anybody has, and the reason is boring: the customer is already standing still, facing you, with their phone out to pay. Nothing else in a shop puts all three of those together.

You want it visible without handing anything over

A Table Stand. Sits on the counter or a table and reads as signage rather than as something being pushed at somebody. Works well anywhere a customer waits.

Your work happens away from a counter

A Keychain. Cleaners, contractors, drivers, mobile stylists. It clips to keys or a bag and comes out at the moment the job finishes, which is when somebody is most willing.

You want it stuck to something permanent

A 4x6 Square Sticker for glass or a wall, or an Anti-Metal NFC Sticker if the surface is metal. Ordinary NFC does not work through metal; the anti-metal version has a ferrite layer that makes it work on a till, a fridge door or a toolbox.

You have a team and want to know who is collecting

A Crew Pack or Fleet Pack: six or twelve keychains, each tracked separately, so you can see which member of staff actually asks.

You are handing out a lot of them

A Card Pack. Twenty-five cards on one dashboard, each counted separately and each re-pointable on its own.

The part that decides whether any of it works

Somebody has to say a sentence. The consistent finding in buyer discussions is that a card handed over with "if you have ten seconds, tapping this leaves us a review" collects reviews, and the same card sitting on a counter as decoration collects very few. The tag removes the work of finding your review page. It does not remove the asking.

Buy the ones above

The tag is a one-time purchase and the tap works forever without a plan. Pro at $9/mo per business adds the stats history, the review funnel, your Action Link profile, multi-site reporting and the ability to change where a tag points.
